Dash-Recruits is exclusively hiring a Sales Specialist for a premium, high-end brand of specialty fruit purées and syrups used in beverages, cocktails, and crafted drinks.

Think frozen daiquiris, signature mocktails, bar menus, and café creations — when a bartender asks for that strawberry purée, it comes from this brand.

This is not a traditional FMCG sales role. Its a niche, creative, relationship-driven position built for someone who understands flavor, presentation, and the art of the drink.

A background in mixology, bartending, beverage development, or premium F&B sales is a major asset.

You will own this product line across the market — introducing it to bars, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and beverage concepts, educating clients, and becoming the reference for everything drinks-related.

What you'll do

• Develop and grow the brand across cafés, bars, hotels, and F&B concepts
• Build strong relationships with mixologists, bar managers, and owners
• Demonstrate products, inspire menus, and unlock creative use-cases
• Own your territory and revenue pipeline end-to-end
• Act as the face of a premium beverage brand in the market

Who you are

• Sales-driven with a creative edge
• From F&B, hospitality, mixology, or premium beverage sales
• Comfortable on the floor, behind the bar, and in front of decision-makers
• Curious, energetic, and relationship-oriented
• Someone who sells through knowledge, taste, and trust
