Dash-Recruits is partnering with a leading company in Lebanon operating in the Food Service, Hospitality Equipment, and Manufacturing sector to recruit an Industrial Engineer.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to the factory floor, improving production processes, solving operational challenges, and turning technical concepts into efficient, manufacturable solutions.

You'll work closely with production, operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze and improve manufacturing and production processes
• Develop and optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Evaluate materials, manufacturing methods, and production costs
• Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support quality control and process standardization efforts
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams to improve productivity and delivery timelines
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost savings

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
• Experience in factories, fabrication, production, or industrial operations is highly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders
