This role is built for a former Store Manager or multi-unit retail leader—someone who understands people, performance, and profitability. You will begin by leading one flagship location and evolve into overseeing multiple stores, shaping standards, culture, and commercial success across the business.

You will be the bridge between vision and execution: on the floor with the team, in the numbers with ownership, and at the centre of a brand that is scaling with purpose.

What you'll own

• Full operational oversight of retail locations
• Team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Customer experience, service standards, and clienteling
• Sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Expansion readiness—from one store to three
• Involvement in wholesale operations and the wider business

You are

• A proven Store Manager or Retail Operations Leader
• Strong with people, structure, and decision-making
• Commercially aware—you understand selling, margins, and growth
• Confident in conflict resolution and leading by example
• Ready to grow with a brand, not just manage a shop
