Dash-Recruits is partnering with a leading company in Lebanon operating in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Commercial Equipment sector to hire a Business Development Executive.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in the F&B ecosystem—restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and large-scale hospitality projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business across the F&B, hospitality, and food service market in Lebanon
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, hotel operators, and decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (B2B preferred)
• Exposure to the F&B, hospitality, or equipment industry is a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded personality
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Lebanon
