Dash-Recruits has been exclusively retained to find a visionary General Manager for a rapidly growing, premium FMCG brand. This isn't a "sit back and maintain" role. This is a high-impact mandate to steer overall operations, production, and aggressive sales growth.

The Mission

As the General Manager, you will hold the keys to the entire operation. You'll have direct oversight of the Plant Manager, Finance, and Administration (with Marketing and HR successfully rolling up under your Admin lead).

Your three biggest pillars of success will be:

• Operational Excellence: Driving production efficiency, supply chain fluidity, and plant optimization.
• Commercial Growth: Leading the sales strategy to expand market share and elevate the brand.
• The Big Quality Push: Taking total ownership of the full implementation and maintenance of rigorous ISO standards (ISO 9001 / 22000).

Who You Are

On paper, you have 10+ years of senior leadership experience within the Food Industry or FMCG sector, backed by a solid understanding of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.

But beyond the CV, your real superpower is your leadership style:

• The Diplomatic Heavyweight: You are assertive and strong-willed, but you achieve buy-in through influence and sharp articulation, not just authority.
• The Commercial & Operational Hybrid: You are just as comfortable analyzing P&L data and sales pipelines as you are walking the production floor.
• The Catalyst for Change: You have a track record of driving major structural implementations (like ISO) and making them stick.
